Return Procedure

1. Submitting a Withdrawal from the Contract
The Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment. To initiate a return, the Customer must send a withdrawal statement via email to trycholog@op.pl, including the order number and information identifying the purchase.

2. Returning the Goods
After submitting the withdrawal statement, the Customer is required to return the product to the address provided below within 14 days. The item must be returned in an unchanged condition, not exceeding what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. It is recommended to return the product in its original packaging or properly secured.

3. Verification of the Returned Product
Upon receiving the shipment, the store will assess the condition of the returned product. If any damage or signs of use beyond normal inspection are found, the store reserves the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

4. Refund of Payment
The refund will be issued promptly, no later than 7 days from the date the returned product is received or from the moment proof of shipment is provided—whichever occurs first. The funds will be returned using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer, unless the store’s regulations state otherwise.
